Kumar Swaminathan of XperieNZ and his team are the ultimate professionals. I had a last-minute ultra-luxury booking (six weeks out) for a family traveling to New Zealand for just one week. The family all had different ideas for the trip, which made planning in such a short time challenging. Dinner with Kumar was cool and special. Our accommodations were top-notch. The kayaking and ecowalk in Franz Josef were both fabulous experiences with great guides. On the ecowalk, the guide kept taking us off the beaten track and brought tea/coffee/hot choc to have on the glacier rock bed with no one else around!
